A graded card in a sealed slab needs no assessment at all: the grade is the condition, and the rate applies as published. That is why the card buyback is a fixed percentage and not a range.
Watches, jewelry and equipment are inspected on arrival against the condition you declared. If they match, you are paid the published rate. If they do not, we tell you what we found, with photographs, and you can accept the revised offer or have the item shipped straight back to you at our cost.
