Harmony Lease Agreement
Term, insurance, month-12 options, late payment, damage and loss.
1 · Term and 12-month minimum
Twelve monthly payments, 0% down and 0% interest. The twelve payments settle the full price of the piece.
There is no balloon payment waiting at the end and no residual to clear: at month 12 the piece is simply yours.
2 · Monthly payment and authorization
The monthly figure is the price divided by twelve, shown on the product page before you commit. It does not change during the term.
You authorise us to collect it monthly on the same date. A failed payment is retried once, three days later, before anybody contacts you.
3 · Insurance and servicing
Insurance against loss, theft and accidental damage is included for the whole term, at no extra cost, and so is manufacturer-schedule servicing.
You do not need your own policy and you are not asked to prove one.
4 · Your options at month 12
Nothing is required of you at month 12 — the final payment completes the purchase and the piece is yours.
The choice exists earlier. End the lease at any point and you can swap for another piece and start a new term, keep it by paying what is left of the twelve, or return it at no cost with everything you have already paid credited back to you.
Twelve months is the length of the schedule, not a lock-in.
5 · Late payment
A payment more than seven days late pauses the lease and we contact you. Nothing is repossessed and no fee is added in that period.
If it stays unpaid for 30 days the lease ends, the piece comes back to us, and what you have already paid is returned as store credit minus the months you had the piece.
6 · Damage, loss and theft
Covered by the included insurance. Report it to us and to the police where a crime is involved, and we replace the piece or end the lease with no balance owed.
The exclusion is deliberate misuse or an unauthorised repair, where the insurer will not pay and neither can we.
7 · Ending the lease early
Write to customerservice@harmonyeshops.com. There is no early-termination fee and no minimum number of payments before you can stop.
We send a prepaid insured label, inspect the piece, and issue your credit within two business days of it arriving.
