Returns & Refunds

In plain language

Collectibles are final sale; 30 days on everything else. Condition requirements, who pays return shipping, refund timing.

1 · Final sale on collectibles

A graded card is final sale once it ships. You are buying one specific certification number, verified against the grader's own database and photographed at intake — not a stock item we can put back on a shelf. There is no change-of-mind return on anything from Collect.

A Vault Pack is final the moment you open it. Opening draws one specific card and takes it out of the pool for everybody else, so it cannot be undone — and every card that could come out, with its certification number, its market value and its exact odds, is published on the pack before you pay. An unopened pack can still be refunded; an opened one cannot.

If you do not want the card you drew, you are not stuck with it. For the first 10 minutes we buy it back at 100% of its market value, in store credit, instantly. After that it sits in your vault and we buy it back at 95% of its market value on any day you ask. Not liking a result is not a refund — but it is not a dead end either.

That is not the same as no protection. If a card arrives with the slab cracked, or the card inside does not match the certification and grade the listing showed, that is our mistake, not a return: tell us before you do anything else and we refund it in full, including shipping, or source the same card at the same grade if you would rather have it. If a card turns out not to be authentic, that has no deadline at all — see the Authenticity Guarantee.

Everything else — Fitness, Trends and Lux — keeps the window below: 30 days from the delivery date, for any reason or none. You do not have to explain why, and asking does not affect a later buyback.

2 · Condition requirements

Fitness equipment comes back unassembled, in its original packaging, with every part it shipped with. Trends and Lux items come back complete, with any box and papers that shipped with them.

We photograph every item at intake and again at return, and both sets are on your order if we ever disagree about condition.

3 · How to start a return

Write to customerservice@harmonyeshops.com with your order reference — the same address whether you are starting a 30-day return or reporting a card that arrived wrong. We reply with a prepaid insured label within one business day where a return ships back to us.

Do not send anything back without that label — an uninsured parcel carrying a graded card is a risk neither of us should take.

4 · Who pays return shipping

We do, both ways, and the label is insured. Returning something costs you nothing.

The one exception is an item returned outside the 30 days or in a condition it did not leave in, where we will talk to you before anything moves. This does not apply to Collect, which has no change-of-mind return to begin with — a card we shipped wrong or damaged is on us to fix, always.

5 · Refund timing

The refund is issued within two business days of the return arriving and passing inspection, to the method you paid with. A shipping claim on a Collect order runs the same two-day clock from when we confirm the problem, without waiting for anything to come back first.

How long it then takes to appear is your bank's, not ours: a card refund typically lands in three to five business days, a bank transfer in one to three.

6 · What cannot be returned

A graded card, delivered as described, cannot be returned — see Final sale on collectibles above.

An opened Vault Pack, for the reason above: the draw is recorded, the card has left the pool, and the odds were published before you paid. The buyback is the route, not a refund.

Two other things are excluded because they are not sales: a card sent to us under Sell to us or a trade-in is a purchase we made from you and is final once we have paid, and a Harmony Lease is ended under its own terms rather than returned.
