Accessibility Statement
Our WCAG 2.1 AA commitments, the gaps we know about, our remediation dates, and how to report a barrier.
1 · Our commitments
We are working towards WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We do not claim to have reached it, and this statement will not say we have until an audit says so.
What is already true: every interactive control is reachable and operable by keyboard with a visible focus ring; every image carries alternative text or is marked decorative; the page works at 200% zoom and at 375px wide without horizontal scrolling; touch targets are at least 44px; motion respects prefers-reduced-motion.
2 · Known gaps
No independent audit has been carried out. Everything above is our own testing, which is not the same thing.
Colour contrast: functional text sits at 5.7:1 or darker. A decorative monospace tier sits below that by system convention and has not been remediated.
Screen reader testing has been done with the accessibility tree rather than with real assistive technology on real hardware, and those are not equivalent.
The consent banner, the checkout flow and the admin screens have had the least attention.
3 · Remediation dates
An independent WCAG 2.2 AA audit before the store takes its first real order.
Screen reader testing with NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver on the checkout path within 90 days of that audit.
We publish what the audit finds, including what we have not fixed yet.
4 · How to report a barrier
Write to customerservice@harmonyeshops.com with the page and what went wrong. You do not need to know the technical term for it — "I could not get past the address form with my keyboard" is a complete report.
We reply within two business days with what we found and when it will be fixed.
5 · Who to contact
customerservice@harmonyeshops.com reaches a person, not a queue. +1 (772) 780-2474 if you would rather talk.
If a barrier stops you completing an order, tell us and we will complete it with you over the phone or by email while it is being fixed.
