We ship you a prepaid insured label either way. Nothing is final until our grader inspects the item and you approve the confirmed number.

A graded card can pay for another one. We value it, the value becomes store credit, and the credit comes off the price of the card you want.

We pay 70% in cash, or 77% as credit toward another card.

  1. 01Send the cert and three photographsFront, back and the grading label. We read the certification number against the grader’s own database before anything moves, so we already know which card it is and what grade it holds.
  2. 02Both numbers appear on screenWhat we pay in cash, and what the same card is worth as credit — computed from the market comparable published today, before you commit to either. The credit number is larger because credit costs us less than money.
  3. 03Pay the difference and the card is heldAccepting the offer charges you the cash difference between your credit and the price of the card you want. That charge is what takes the card off the market — held for 10 days, in your name.
  4. 04Ship yours, we authenticate, the order completesA prepaid insured label either way. We confirm the slab is genuine and matches its certification, apply the credit, and your card ships within 48 hours.

What happens to the card you want

It is held for 10 days from the moment the cash difference is charged, and it does not appear as available to anyone else during that window. We hold against payment, never against an intention — a card here is one of one, and taking it off the market on a promise would be unfair to every other buyer.

If your card does not arrive, or does not pass

  • Pay the remaining balance in cash inside the window and the order completes as normal.
  • Or cancel: the cash you paid is refunded in full and the card goes back into the catalogue.
  • Your card is returned to you at our cost, insured, whatever you decide.

Graded slabs only

A certification number is public, so a graded card can be valued before it travels. A raw card cannot — its grade is an opinion until a grading company states it, and we will not make an opinion binding on you or on us. Raw cards, watches and gold can still be sold to us outright; they just cannot be traded.

The offer only moves if the slab does not match its certification — which would mean it is not the card you described.
