Authenticity Guarantee
How we verify cards, watches and gold, and what happens if we are wrong.
1 · How we verify graded cards
Every graded card we sell carries a certification number from PSA or CGC, printed on the page and linked to that grader's own public lookup. You can check it yourself, before you buy, without asking us.
We verify the number against the grader's database at intake and photograph the slab. The grade is the grader's statement, not ours — we do not re-grade, and we do not describe a card as better than its label says.
2 · How we verify watches and gold
Watches and solid gold are inspected by an independent appraiser and ship with a written appraisal and a certified metal weight.
The appraisal names the appraiser. A report nobody signed is not a report.
3 · What happens if we are wrong
If anything we sold you turns out not to be authentic, we refund the full price, at any time, with no deadline. Not store credit — the money back.
We also pay any cost you incurred proving it. This is not limited to the 12-month buyback window and it does not expire.
4 · Third-party marks
PSA, CGC, BGS, eBay, Fanatics, Card Ladder, Pokémon, Nintendo, Tissot, Longines, Oris, Tudor and Rolex are trademarks of their respective owners. They appear here as text, in data labels and titles, to identify what a thing is.
We are not an authorized dealer for any of them and we do not claim any partnership, endorsement or affiliation. Where a brand name appears next to a price, it describes the item — nothing more.
