Yes. That is the point of putting it on-chain — the token moves wherever tokens move, and the buyer does not need an account here to receive it.
Whoever holds the token can redeem the card, and they give us a shipping address at that moment. The 2% transfer fee is enforced by the contract itself rather than requested from a marketplace, so it applies wherever the sale happens.
