Depends what it is. A graded card is final sale — you are buying one specific certification number, verified and photographed at intake, not a stock item we can put back on a shelf. There is no change-of-mind return on anything from Collect.
Everything else — Fitness, Trends and Lux — has 30 days from delivery, for any reason or none. It has to come back the way it left: equipment unassembled in its original packaging, everything else complete with what shipped in the box.
A card that arrives with the slab cracked, or that does not match the certification and grade the listing showed, is not a return — it is our mistake, and it costs you nothing: we refund in full, including shipping, or source the same card at the same grade. If you simply changed your mind on a Fitness, Trends or Lux item, the return shipping is yours. Refunds go back to the original payment method within two business days of the item arriving here and passing inspection.
