Graded cards leave the vault within 48 hours of payment clearing, Monday to Friday. Fitness equipment also ships within 48 hours, but it moves by freight, so the carrier calls you to book a delivery window instead of leaving it at the door.
A card sent out of the vault carries its tracking number on your vault page as soon as it is handed to the carrier, and we email it to you. For a store order we confirm despatch by email; ask us any time and we will send the tracking straight back.
