Yes, on every order, with no way to waive it. The insurance we carry is void without a signature, so an order released without one would leave you uncovered exactly when you most need to be covered.
If you will not be home, redirect the package to a carrier pickup point using the tracking link. We cannot redirect it for you once it is moving — carriers only accept that instruction from the addressee.
